The USPS takes 3-4 days to ship Priority Mail to most locations in the USA. The total time until you receive your Jewels Luxus ® Jewelry package in the mail would be 4-7 business days.

Earrings can not be returned for any reason due to health concerns.
We want you to be happy with your Jewels Luxus ® Jewelry purchase. Please contact us within 10 days if your order does not meet your expectations. We will provide you with the required Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number so you can ship the item back to us. We can not provide you with the RMA number if you contact us after 10 days of receipt of your purchase. All returned jewelry must be in new, unworn condition and will be subject to inspection.
